Its a simple video poker game, from a 52 card deck you are dealt 2 cards which you keep and then 2 more cards are displayed and you choose one of those to go with your first 2 cards, giving you 3 cards. You are then dealt 2 more cards to complete your 5 card poker hand and get paid according to what that your poker hand is. So as you can see the player only has one simple choice to make and that is simply which of 2 cards to choose.
When it comes to choosing a card you should always choose the card that will give you the highest expected value when used with your first 2 cards.
